چکیده
This review considers the recent investigations in scope of biodegradability synthetic polymers, spanning polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and their corresponding composites, with a focus on influence oxo-additives (mostly transition metal salts). The types mechanisms oxidation acceleration are discussed. Furthermore, both physicochemical biological stages degradation is evaluated (laboratory field experiments microorganisms/fungi action) standards suggested for estimation. Comparisons salts given respect to catalysis, as well synergetic additives. additives presented commercial market also

متن کاملAcid Catalysed Condesation of Phloroglucinol and Acetone-Kinetics and Mechanism
The kinetic study of the condensation reaction between phloroglucinol and acetone was investigated at 30, 35, 40 and 45±0.05 °C in 100% methanol. The hydrochloric acid concentrations used were 0.0261, 0.0364, 0.0577 and 0.0728 M. The reaction was investigated with and without a promoter, thioglycollic acid (TGA), and taking into account the functionality (h<e...
متن کاملThe Gas Phase Oxidation of Acetaldehyde Reaction Mechanism and Kinetics
The mechanism of the low temperature oxidation of gaseous acetaldehyde was investigated in the temperature range of 1 50-400?°C. The minor, intermediate and major products were identified and measured quantitatively by sampling directly into the ionization chamber of an MS10-C2 mass spectrometer from the reactor. The formation of H2O, CO, CO2, HCOOH, H2, HCHO, CH3COOH and CH3OH as the major pro...

Reaction mechanism among indoline-2,3-dione, pyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid and (Z)-2-(1-(2-hydroxynaphthalen-1-yl)ethylidene)hydroxycarboxamide to form 1’-((((aminooxy)carbonyl)amino)methyl)-2’-(1-hydroxynaphthalen-2-yl)-2’-methyl-1’,2’,5’,6’,7’,7a’-hexahydrospiro[indoline-3,3’-pyrrolo[1,2-a]imidazole-2-one was investigated using density functional theory (DFT) at B3LYP basis theory. The three-...
متن کاملPesticide Degradation Kinetics
Typically degradation of a pesticide is a biotic process, however, there are abiotic degradation processes as well. The latter include photodegradation (that can produce a wild array of products) and various types of chemical degradation processes. Restricting degradation to the soil interior (no photodegradation component) and assuming negligible chemical degradation, pesticide degradation is ...
